Stephanie Fay

Stephanie Fay is a strategic marketing and communications leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations clarify their vision, strengthen their brands, and build the partnerships and support needed to grow. Through her work with Lever Lab Family Foundation, she advises nonprofit and mission-driven organizations on strategic planning, fundraising communications, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development.

Stephanie has worked across the nonprofit, healthcare, education, and technology sectors and is especially passionate about helping organizations translate ambitious ideas into practical strategies that create lasting community impact. She is proud to serve on ColoREADo’s Advisory Board and support its work to expand access to effective literacy instruction so that every Colorado student has the opportunity to become a confident reader.
